We are required by government authorities to mark attendance of students at school as per normal. We also have to keep a record of "Evidence of Participation" to online learning for those students working remotely. A few key points:

• If your child will not be participating in online learning ( whether at school or at home) due to illness, please contact the office as per normal and they will be marked absent
• If you have indicated that your child will coming to school and they do not arrive, we will make contact to check as per normal procedures
• Teachers will need to see throughout the day that students have been online to mark them present for our rolls. They may ask this through Google Classroom, emails, a quiz etc. Each year level will indicate to families what this will be. 
• If a child does not show 'Evidence of Participation" throughout the day, they will be marked absent for the day
