Staying connected: wellbeing in the time of social distancing
We also know that feeling socially isolated can impact your mental wellbeing. It can make people feel sad, anxious, lonely and depressed. We want to make sure that during this time, you have ways to stay connected to your family, friends and community, even if you can’t see them in person. Here are some suggestions for different ways Queenslanders can stick together during this time, even when they’re far apart.
Australian War Memorial: Museum@home
The Australian war Memorial has a range of online resources and activities for students to continue to learn. Take a virtual tour, read the stories of people who have served for Australia, research a family member, ANZAC Day resources plus free eBooks and publications.
