It was amazing watching our smiling students arrive on Monday after a period of online learning. There was a buzz around the school with social interactions between staff and students. We would also like to thank our parents for adhering to the call to use our Stop, Drop and Go areas instead of gathering in the school grounds / car parks. 

As our cooler weather is expected to hang around, it is time to pull out those red jumpers and give them a freshen up as part of our school uniform. It was really pleasing to see those red jumpers arriving this week. Please remember to place names on these jumpers so they can be returned when they are misplaced. The McAuley Shield is up and running. This shield, named after Catherine McAuley (founder of the Sisters of Mercy) is awarded to the champion house at the end of the year. Points are awarded from sporting carnivals, academics, community involvement and set challenges. The first challenge was set today to our Year 5 and 6 cohort around correct school uniform. Tokens will be given out throughout the coming weeks and these can be placed in the office in the box for their House colour. Good luck to the Branagan Blues, Stephen Whites and Arnold Reds in their pursuit of the 'McAuley Shield.
