This week, we value Courage at Holy Spirit Catholic School. It was wonderful to hear of our families 'Light up the Dawn' in honour of our ANZACS. Thank you.

Courage for us this week may mean challenging ourselves with our online learning. As we head into week 2, it is easy to fall into bad habits and we need to have the courage to ask questions of the teachers and students to get the best outcome. It is also a great opportunity to congratulate our students for the courage and persistence they have displayed in their online learning to date. There has been a change in our schooling and they have taken to it beautifully. We are so proud of their efforts.

Speaking of challenges, I have this week's challenge for the whole family.

A reminder that next Monday May 4 (Star Wars Day) is a public holiday. School will be closed.

Finally, this Friday is 'Tropical Friday' for our school community. We encourage students to wear something tropical including our online learners from home. Send a photo to your class teacher.
