What a start we have had to term 3. Last week, RACQ visited to talk road safety with Years 3-6. Staff met about student data and how to improve student learning, and our building project got underway.

This week, we have over 150 students attending Mulkadee at the Entertainment Centre which culminates with a concert on Friday night. Thank you to Sue and Maureen who have prepared our students and attended to the finer details to make sure our students have this wonderful experience. " Break a leg" 

On Wednesday last week, Holy Spirit competed in the AFLQ Cup against a variety of primary schools in the Northern region. Our boys showed true grit to sneak away with 4 out of 5 wins. Thank you to Ben, Morgan's dad, for assisting with the coaching. Well done boys. 

Our 50 year celebrations are on August 3 and I look forward to seeing our families enjoying a wonderful night of entertainment. I recommend an early arrival so as to get a great position for the concert starting at 5.30pm. What a fantastic way to celebrate 50 years of Strength in the Spirit.
