Welcome back to Term 2 and Happy Easter everybody.
Thank you to all the helpers for the Fun Run at the end of the term as it was another success. Congratulations to the mighty Stephen Whites who were victorious.
I would like to introduce to you the McAuley Shield. This has been introduced this year and will be presented to the winning House from all aspects of the school life. This year, students were elected House Captains instead of sports captains. The House Captain promotes their house in activities related to sport, academics, cultural and all things voluntary related to our school community. Points are allocated to the House when a student contributes in any of these arenas eg volunteering to march on ANZAC Day with the school. A picture of the shield is attached and will be shown to our students early next week.
