This week we had the school photos. Thank you to all our families for taking the time to prepare the students so as to look 'dapper' in their uniforms. The photographer has stated that he is happy to allow up to 10 days after photo day for orders and money due to recent flood events. It is certainly a proud day watching all the beautiful smiling photos showing pride in our uniform. 

Season 1 school sport begins in week 6 for students in Year 5 and 6. The sports on offer are rugby league, netball, and hockey. Students staying back at school will participate in physical activities with the teachers or could volunteer to prepare for Stations of the Cross. We wish all our students the very best in whatever activity they choose. The phrase used when taking students to interschool sport is : First rule of sport is have fun. We appreciate the parents attendance at these days promoting the enjoyment of our chosen sport. If you have any questions, please see the coaches for these sports. A huge thanks to our staff who give of their expertise to take students out of the school grounds. Another example of our fantastic staff in action.

I would to invite any parent to our AGM for the Parents and Friends committee on March 4. It is a great opportunity to meet some of the staff and families of our great school and contribute to future events in our school year. Fun Fact: there is some exciting news around our 10,000 Steps this year. Hope to see you there.
