The School Dental Van is a child friendly clinic, providing free oral health care for children only.  Parents are welcome to attend appointments.  We can make family appointments and provide treatment to kindy and high                                                                           school siblings.

Please return you child's dental form as soon as possible, forms are available in the office if needed.
