Coffee Connections, Let’s Paint Edition - Thursday 3 November
Release you inner artist while enjoying the company of other Defence members and partners in a relaxed and friendly environment.
“Let’s paint” is easy for beginners and everything you will need to complete your masterpiece will be provided.
Enjoy a cuppa from the recently renovated and refurbished, Dirty Boots Café. This component of the activity is self-funded.
Attendees are responsible for the cost of purchasing/providing their own food and drinks.

2022/23 Posting Cycle
Posting cycle can be a time of uncertainty or stress on members and their families. DMFS NQ is here to support you. If you or your family are making big decisions around posting cycles please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
A range of practical and emotional services are available:
- Brief intervention
- Short-term counselling
- Referral to community and longer-term supports
- Absence from home support
- Crisis and emergency support
ADF Family Health Program
This initiative recognises the service and sacrifices of our Australian Defence Force (ADF) members and their families, and the difficulties many ADF families experience accessing affordable healthcare.
The program allows Dependants to claim a benefit for a variety of health services from Allied Health; General Practitioner; Specialist (outpatient) and Diagnostic and Radiology service. For a comprehensive summary of what services can be claimed, please click here.
To register for the National ADF Family Health Program, the ADF member must complete the WebForm ‘AD858-1 ADF Family Health’ which is available via the Defence WebForms system. A PDF version is available at the link below.
