Please be aware that all medicine held at the school needs to be collected by the end of the school year.
Anyone requiring medicine in 2022 needs to bring it in next year, with a new Consent to Administer Medication form.
Please note: All ongoing medicine except ventolin requires the signature of a doctor on page 2 of the form.
