Next Wednesday students will have the oppportunity to meet their 2019 teacher and classmates. This practice assists students and teachers to prepare for the year ahead.
On many occasions, parents have commented that their child's teacher was not the teacher that they believed was the best 'fit' for their child, however, they were happy to admit that the teacher selected was indeed the 'best fit'.
Class teachers have spent many hours reflecting on class lists. Creating class lists involves a balance of gender and needs of the learners. We are unable to accommodate requests for specific teachers.
Parents will be advised of the name of the teacher and the class next Tuesday. This information will be disseminated with the end of year report. As reports are emailed to parents, it is important that the class teacher has your correct email address.
The Parents and Friends' Association are supporting the St. Vincent de Paul Christmas Appeal, families are invited to donate a gift to brighten someone's Christmas.
