February 6th - Townsville Registration Admin Hub

Townsville ADF members and families are invited to come along and take care of new location administration and registration needs. We've tried to make changing your licence and vehicle registration, updating electoral roll details, registering pets and organising dependant base passes as simple as possible.

February 4th - Coffee Connections

Our first Coffee Connections catch-up is scheduled for 9.30am on Thursday 4th of February at the C-Bar on the Strand. Come along and meet other Defence partners and our FLOs, Michelle & Meagan, and relax with a cuppa, maybe some cake and a social chat.

Coffee Connections will continue to be held on the first Thursday of every month, each one at a different location. We’ll send out an e-Newsflash with the details and Eventbrite link for each event closer to the day.

February 10th - Walk & Talk

Get 2021 off to a social and active start by joining our newly formed walking group. Where better to walk and talk than along the beautiful Strand? We’ll meet on the footpath in front of the Fish Inn at the Rockpool and the plan is to walk to Tobruk Pool and back—so wear a sturdy pair of walking shoes! There is plenty of parking available along Howitt St, and in the Jezzine carpark. While there is a lot to love about our tropical climate, no-one enjoys sunburn and insect bites, so bring a hat, sunscreen, and insect repellent.

In the event of adverse weather, our walk that day will be cancelled.
