Women's Wellness: Nourish your mind, body & soul - 9 November

Registrations for this event will open at 3.30pm on Thursday 15 October. You will not be able to register before this time.

The DCO and Geckos community invites partners to come together for a relaxing morning of food, conversation and companionship. For centuries, preparing and sharing food has connected communities. Learn to prepare simple, nutritious and delicious food that nourishes the body and the soul. We will make lunch together and then enjoy the meal we have prepared together. Relax after lunch with a wellness session. Children are welcome and will be supervised while we are cooking. Spaces are limited. Book early.

Save the date: National Brick Masters Competition - 30 Oct - 1 Nov

North Queensland pride is on the line as Defence families from all around Australia battle it out for Lego supremacy. It’s almost time to grab out those trusty plastic building bricks. DCO are holding a National competition to see who the best brick builder of all is.

The build will need to reflect the theme of the competition. To keep it fair for everyone, details of the theme will be emailed to entrants at 9.00am on Friday 30 October. You will then have the whole weekend to create your masterpiece before emailing photos to your local DCO office. #VHW2020 - Virtual Trivia Night - Friday 30 October @ 7.30pm

Defence Health will be hosting a FREE Virtual Trivia Night on Friday 30 October at 7.30pm with some great prizes to give away – including lucky door prizes, so just being online gives you the chance to win!
